A PDI Point of View is a research-backed, data-proven view that describes what works in talent management and areas related to it.
How do we use our Points of View? They provide the foundation for our products, services, and processes. They permeate our work, tie things together, and help us view issues in a systemic way. In other words, they put our knowledge into context.
Our Points of View clarify the distinctions between common beliefs and realities. For example, the half-truth that development takes time, or the lack of distinction that many people make about what kind of coaching is really needed for their leaders.
