Development FIRST Training
PDI knows what it takes for people to change their behavior. In this training program, we provide employees, managers, and HR professionals with the tools for self-development. We outline the principles and strategies for development, which are based on PDI’s years of experience. Participants create a personal learning plan, manage development activities, and establish a cycle of continuous learning.
