Certification for 360 Feedback

This workshop is for individuals who initiate 360 implementations within their organizations. Participants learn how to deliver PROFILOR^® feedback within their organizations. They also develop their abilities to discuss one-on-one and group feedback, and lead development planning sessions. Opportunities to practice with peers give them hands-on experience with the material.

During the workshop, participants will learn:
