Successful Manager’s Handbook Leadership Program
The University of Minnesota and Personnel Decisions International (PDI) have partnered to provide a NEW leadership certification program based on the popular Successful Manager’s Handbook (SMH), 6th Edition. This program is perfect for managers and supervisors who have recently been promoted into their current position or managers who want to do their jobs better in the real world. Through extensive research on hundreds of managers across a variety of industries, PDI has identified the key skills and behaviors that contribute to the success of today’s managers and leaders. This program addresses managers’ needs for understanding their roles as leaders, applying sound leadership principles, and providing participants with the skills, behaviors, and tools for success.
Program Overview
Successful Manager’s Handbook Leadership Program focuses on what it takes to be a successful and effective manager in today’s organizations. The program equips managers with the skills for leadership success. During the one-week session (four and ½ days) you will join a network of high-potential professionals who want to learn to become better managers. Participants come from a variety of positions, industries, and companies of various sizes. Each provides a unique perspective and the opportunity for lifelong support of your leadership development. The results of the program promise to be immediate and significant.

Standard Program Fee
The standard program fee is $2,995. This fee includes instruction, materials, Successful Manager’s Handbook, computer-based worksheets, luncheons, and refreshment breaks.
