PDI FORMS ALLIANCE IN BRAZIL

MOVE AIMED TO EXPAND GLOBAL DELIVERY CAPABILITY

MINNEAPOLIS (Apr. 05, 2002) – Personnel Decisions International (PDI) today announced a strategic alliance with Dorsey, Rocha, and Associates, a full service human resources consulting firm in São Paulo, Brazil. Under the agreement, the Brazilian firm will deliver PDI products and services. The alliance will extend PDI's global reach to serve current and new clients, expand its language capabilities and improve its ability to provide seamless, consistent solutions to global organizations.

“This alliance will improve our ability to provide our services in the locations and languages our clients need," says Kathy Berwick, Vice President, Latin American Region for PDI. "Our clients want us to be hands-on, strategic partners who know their business, so we are continuing to grow in the directions where we have the most demand from them. This marks an important milestone in PDI's international business strategy by positioning PDI as a major force in the Human Resource consulting business in the Latin American market."

Over the past two years, PDI has focused on increasing the range of products and services that can be delivered in Spanish and Portuguese and formed alliances with firms in Argentina (Consulting Now) and Colombia (Talentos Unicos) and now in Brazil. They expect to solidify an alliance with a firm in Mexico in the next few months.
