ePredix, Inc. and Personnel Decisions International Join Forces

Union of industry leaders in online assessment and pre-employment screening provides complete human capital management solution.

SAN FRANCISCO and MINNEAPOLIS (September 25, 2000) - San Francisco-based ePredix, Inc., the market-leading developer of online assessment today announced the purchase of the selection products division of Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global human resources consulting firm based in Minneapolis. Under the agreement, PDI has exchanged its selection products business for an ownership stake in ePredix and will be a key distributor of ePredix online solutions. The deal will combine PDI's more than 30 years of research and experience in psychological testing and selection with the intellectual property, predictive data and online capabilities pioneered by ePredix, giving clients of both companies access to a complete online solution for human capital management.

PDI will continue to assist clients with staffing challenges and offer a full range of human resources consulting services and products. Now, however, PDI will work closely with ePredix to offer more complete solutions for recruitment, screening, and selection. Both firms will remain based at their current headquarters and are committed to maintaining a long-term partnership to service mutual clients.

ePredix has already launched an integrative approach in recruitment, with sourcing, screening and selection solutions that accurately predict the performance of job applicants and provide the customer, in real time, with a ranked shortlist of applicants for each job.
