Offer Employee Development Planning Tools with Oracle HRMS

MINNEAPOLIS - February 13, 2001 - Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global human capital consulting firm, today announced an alliance with Oracle Corp., the largest provider of software for e-business. The alliance allows PDI to offer PDI DevelopMentor^® eAdvisorTM online employee development software as an added feature to users of the Oracle Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

PDI DevelopMentor eAdvisor, an employee self-service application, provides easy access to proven employee development and coaching advice for individuals at all levels in an organization. Oracle HRMS allows organizations to drive workforce optimization through the implementation of Internet-enabled human resources business practices. The practiced and proven standard competencies in the PDI Strategic Performance Model complement the Oracle HRMS offering. Clients with specific requirements can work with Oracle and PDI to develop customized solutions.
