Personnel Decisions International Acquires German Consulting Firm

MINNEAPOLIS - (September 1, 1999) - Personnel Decisions International (PDI) announced today that it has acquired WBB GmbH, a Germany-based firm that specializes in personnel and organizational development. This acquisition will give each organization an expanded range of capabilities, locations and languages in Europe and around the World.

WBB has 25 people in five offices in Germany and Hungary, Czech, Slovakia and Romania. The firm will be known as WBB-a PDI company.

Founded in 1967, PDI is a global management and human resources strategy consulting firm. Headquartered in Minneapolis, PDI serves clients worldwide.
